Merging Grid

• Players utilize an energy system to add items to the grid

• Items can then be merged to create new and unique higher level items

• Items are considered either Source items or Task items

• Source items spawn additional items onto the grid, while task items are used for battles, quests, and stat upgrades

• Source items are permanent unless sold, task items are consumable and disappear when used

Item Examples

Task items are consumed with varying requirements for 3 purposes:

Battles

• Attacking current enemies shown in the enemy panel

Quests

• Main and side tasks that earn rewards and facilitate progression

Stat Upgrades

• Upgrading various stats of your Hero
